What this website collects

This website has no forms, no cookies, no analytics and no tracking scripts. Our hosting provider (Cloudflare) may keep standard server logs such as IP addresses for security, under Cloudflare's privacy policy.

What we collect when you contact us

• Your name, business name, email address and anything you include in your message.
• Content you send for a job (menus, text, photos).
• Payment records from PayPal (we never see or store your card details).

How we use it

• To reply to you, quote, do the work and invoice you.
• To keep business and tax records as required by Australian law.
• We only send you marketing emails if you agree, and every one includes a way to unsubscribe.

Who we share it with

Service providers we use to run the business: Google (email), PayPal (payments), Cloudflare (hosting) and AI tools used to help draft translations and pages. We do not sell your information.

Some of these providers store data outside Australia, including in the United States.

Access, correction and deletion

Email info@malanbuilt.site to see, correct or delete your information. We keep financial records for as long as tax law requires.
