Terms of sale and refunds

Who we are

Quotes and prices

• Every job starts with a written quote by email. The quote sets the scope, total price in AUD, and expected delivery date.
• Prices are total prices in AUD. English–Vietnamese translation of your menu or website text is included in the price.
• Work outside the quoted scope is quoted separately before we do it.

Payment

• Menus and websites: 50% when you accept the quote, 50% after you approve the final version.
• Monthly update plans are billed monthly in advance and can be cancelled at any time by email; cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid month.
• We invoice through PayPal. We never ask for card details by email or phone.

Your responsibilities

• You supply accurate menu items, prices and allergen information, and approve them before publishing. Allergen information on menus we build comes from you.
• You confirm you have the right to use any text, photos or logos you send us.
• Domain names and hosting accounts are created in your name so you stay in control.

Translation

We translate the text of menus and websites we build. These translations are not NAATI-certified. We use AI tools to help draft; a native Vietnamese speaker reviews each translation before you approve it.

Changes, cancellations and refunds

• Cancel before we start work: full refund of anything paid.
• Cancel after we start: you pay only for work completed, and we refund the rest of any deposit.
• Each menu or website includes up to two rounds of revisions within the quoted scope.
• If our work has a mistake we made (for example a wrong price or a translation error), we fix it free of charge.

Your rights under Australian Consumer Law

Our services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. For major failures with the service, you are entitled to cancel your service contract with us and to a refund for the unused portion, or to compensation for its reduced value. You are also entitled to be compensated for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. If the failure does not amount to a major failure, you are entitled to have problems with the service rectified in a reasonable time and, if this is not done, to cancel your contract and obtain a refund for the unused portion of the contract.
